I am a compulsive maker! When I make something I must like it, if I like it I assume someone else is going to like it also. So I follow serendipity and find STUFF. If the price is right and I conceive an idea, I take a leap of faith and make it. Well folks, not everything sells and Christmas is a time to refresh my original idea and give it away.
The folks where I bank are used to getting a little present from me at Christmas. I bring in a collection and they are free to pick one and I can imagine some folks take it home to re-gift, LOL.
Several years ago when I found these rocks at Michael’s Craft Store with words etched in them I was smitten. It was easy to turn them into note/photo holders and Sunrose Gallery sold a few of them for me.
However I needed eight noteholders for the folks at the bank so I cut off the screw ends of three ceramic rose drawer pulls and put a wire on them.

The rocks got a makeover with colorful alcohol ink which dries almost instantly. Then I secured a rhinestone earring or silver charm with E600 to cover the words underneath.
I found cute little digital download Christmas Tags on Etsy that I printed out on cardstock and attached in the swirl at the top.
