An Important Question

Popular Science yes no maybeA few months ago I purchased a Popular Science magazine to read on the airplane trip home.  It was enjoyable to read and made time pass plus it had some cool graphics that I had fun repurposing.

I cut out the pencil and used it to make my own little collage.

Yes, No, Maybe are answers to a question.  So what is the question?  It is a BIG question:

“Is your heart right with God?”

If you are a Christian, is your relationship with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit right?  Have you been loving Him with all your heart or has the fog of life come in and you can’t see Him and you feel a little alone?  It’s easy to get things right: have an honest talk with Him and get your priorities in the right place.  Fix it today so you and fill in YES with joy in your heart.

If you aren’t a Christian you might not have considered the need to ask this question. You might throw your hands up in the air out of frustration and say “Which God???” Because the billions of people who fill the Earth pick and choose who is their god.

The Holy Bible is the story of God and if you haven’t read it you need to get your hands on a Bible and read it.  You need to settle this question.  It takes about 18 hours to read the New Testament.  18 hours stand between you and the answer.

I became a Christian in 1960 and I admit there have been many times I would have filled in “MAYBE” because I was struggling with self pity, bitterness, and life’s problems.  I have found if I set aside time every morning to look up to God in prayer AND read some of the Holy Bible everyday I keep  YES filled in: my heart is right with God!

I hope all is well with everyone and you have peace in your heart this happy Sunday!

Matthew 22:37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”
