OOPS! I finished this clock last week and forgot to take a final photo before it zoomed off to Astoria to Luminari Arts Gallery along with four other clocks I recently made!
I have had the darling flatware shaped clock hands forever and I wanted to make a cute retro themed clock to feature them.
I got out my trusty container of magazine fonts to decorate the empty space above the clock face.
I made the clock face and rays out of an advertisement I found on the internet that I cleaned up with my photo software. Then it needed a washi tape border! I got 12 clock movments from Dick Blick Art Supplies last month and it is so fun to dream up fun clocks that are truly OOAK.
I was so happy Charolette at Luminary Arts Gallery in Astoria, Oregon took the five clocks. She is cleaning off a wall just for them!
If I get to Luminari Arts before the clock sells, I will take a photo of the completed clock! LOL
What a fun store Luminary Arts must be! That’s one thing about living near the coast, there are always so many neat shops! We don’t have so much of that here in Fresno LOL 👍
