When I made my accidental purchase of the sheet of artsy hearts, I could hardly wait to try an idea to use up seed beads.
The artsy hearts are very inspiring and one of them was exactly what I needed to use as a pattern to sew on my seed beads.
Even though paper is pretty fragile, it was sturdy enough to thread on seed beads following the pattern. After I had the “starburst” and edge outlined, I filled the spaces with some cool teardrop rhinestones I got at Michael’s Craft Store.
I used a red felt pen to cover the white edge and used E6000 to glue on an ArtEmboss foil back.
It was too time consuming to sew on the seed beads (considering the price point I will sell them) so I used more rhinestones than seed beads for my second trial!
Last, use hot glue to attach a lapel pin finding to the backs.
I purchased these valentine jewelry cards on Etsy many years ago and they make a cute backdrop for some Valentine pins!
Patty these are wonderful!
