Freebie Friday: Free Printable Greeting Card

see you soon feature

A local shop owner gave me a Cavalini Paper Products catalog and I sure had fun clipping little images for greeting cards.  I scanned the eye chart into my computer and used my clone and heal feature in the photo software to erase the line of characters that was there and add the “YOU” above the bottom line. Then I printed that image.

If you have never used “clone and heal” it is like photo magic!  It is also instant gratification.  I can get rid of reality and make my own reality.  LOL

After I printed the eye chart I attached that image to a blank piece of card stock that was cut to 5 x 7.  I put some washi tape to one edge for a little pizzaz and laid a Dollar Tree clothespin for some visual interest.  Next, I took a photo of that assemblage and loaded into my photo software. All that was left was to add the font and print!

It is fun to let the computer do some of the work!
