It’s been a LOOOONNNNGGGG time since I left out milk and cookies for Santa! But if I did, it would be fun to have a little welcome sign to sit next to them. I had a lot of fun designing this free printable with chalk font and digital elements.

To make the peppermints 3D, I use flat glass clear marbles I get at Dollar Tree or JoAnn’s. After you print out the peppermints, put a big glob of hot glue on one of the peppermints before you cut it out.
Working quickly, put a flat glass clear marble on top of the hot glue and press down firmly. The marble becomes a faux peppermint!
In a few minutes when all the glue has cooled, cut out the peppermint with scissors.
To assemble the sign I used a 5 x 7 frame I got at Dollar Tree and I decorated the bottom for some extra sass with some washi tape.
Put the chalkboard print under the glass and put the frame back together. Then use hot glue to attach the six “peppermints” to the front on the top and bottom.
This is a fun and easy sign the family can make together and put out year after year!
Love the tutorial on how to make the peppermints! 😀
