It is so fun and relaxing to make greeting cards on the computer!  I find a lot of inspiration right here in my studio.

The “seed” for this idea came from a piece of art I made last year and didn’t sell.  The thought popped in my head to use a photo of the 5 x 7.

I took a photo of it and used my photo editing software to soften the edges of the 3D pieces.

The next step was to add the scripture verse experimenting with different colors of font.  Altogether it only took an hour to make the final image ready to print out from start to finish!

I learned Philippians 4:13  when I was in vacation Bible school as a kid!  I couldn’t tell you how many times that verse has brought calm to my heart when I remembered I wasn’t alone….Christ is right here with me!
